Whitney Veterinary Hospital is a full-service small animal hospital offering examination appointments for dogs and meeting your needs for special diagnostics and surgery for both dogs and cats.Our Hospital and Cat Care Clinic are conveniently located next door to each other. You can enter both the Hospital and The Cat Care Clinic through the same driveway, where you will find ample parking is available.

When you first pull your car into our parking lot, you will see this view of Whitney Veterinary Hospital. The entrance and parking for the Cat Care Clinic is reached by continuing past the Hospital.

When you enter our Veterinary Hospital, you will see the hospital reception desk to your right. There are 4 of these racks of files to keep the information about your pet handy. Our friendly receptionist will greet you and look up your name on the computer so that she can readily access your pet's file.

Our Cat Care Clinic entrance is fully handicap accessible; opening into a feline exclusive veterinary clinic. Its bright, cheerful, "cat friendly" atmosphere and friendly staff will help you and your kitty to feel right at home.

Very few of our pet owners have been in the areas that lie just beyond the exam rooms, where an extremely busy and exiting environment exists. Treatment areas, laboratories, x-ray labs, endoscope and a surgical suite are there to maintain the comfort and health of their pets.

As the doctor and technician leave the exam room door, they are entering our well equipped laboratory that allows us to quickly perform diagnostic tests and start treatment. We have a another lab in the Cat Care Clinic that we also use.

After passing through the lab, we enter our treatment room where we handle non-invasive surgical procedures such as dental cleaning, ultrasound, x-rays, and endoscopy. The surgical and intensive care patients are kept here where they receive constant attention and monitoring from the doctors and technicians.

The surgical suite is kept at a positive pressure at all times. This ensures that all air entering has to come through extensive filtering. Whenever a door to the suite is opened, air flows out.

We have two surgery tables in case of emergencies and keep all of the necessary surgical supplies constantly stocked. We are able to handle the surgical needs of almost any emergency.
